At Solivita, every part of the 4,300 acres and 150,000-square-feet of amazing amenities was designed for the active adult lifestyle. Solivita is constantly bustling with activities with 65% of the residents remaining full time and only 45% being seasonal residents. Forming clubs and groups independently, residents find themselves closely knit and meeting socially on a regular basis with one another. Preserving the integrity of the community, home value, and the standard of living is of upmost importance to our residents that call this community home.

Demographics

The Reflections newsletter is a monthly publication distributing over 5,200 copies throughout the community to residents right at their front door, as well as potential residents in the New Home Sales Center. The newsletter includes community updates, department articles, upcoming events and classes, useful community information such as facility phone numbers and hours of operation, club news, and articles to engage residents on several levels. The content is written by community management personnel or the residents themselves guaranteeing relevancy and readership.

Most deadlines are the first business day of the month prior to publishing. Please see below for a complete list of all publication deadlines. Payment is required IN FULL prior to running of the advertisement. Please see the Advertising Contract for more details regarding policies and requirements.

The number of advertising spaces is limited each month and sold on a first come, first served basis. Ad spaces can only be reserved once a contract and full payment is received. Ad spaces may sell out prior to the listed deadlines. Please contact the Advertising Administrator to determine availability.

Insert Pricing & Guidelines

INSERTS ARE SOLD ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS. RESERVATIONS CAN ONLY BE MADE WITH A SIGNED CONTRACT AND PAYMENT RECEIVED. ONLY FIVE SPOTS ARE AVAILABLE PER MONTH.

Cost: Insertion fee is $680 per month/per insert. A discounted rate of $370 will be extended to advertisers running a 1/2 page or full page advertisement in the body of Reflections during the same month. Only five (5) inserts will be sold in any given month, so please contact the Advertising Administrator to determine availability.

Materials Specifications: Inserts must be standard letter size (8.5” x 11”) only. No larger and no smaller.

Notices: Completed contract, insert artwork and payment must be received by the reservation deadline listed on the contract. Insert delivery deadlines vary, but are typically around the third week of the month prior to publication month. Contact the Advertising Administrator in advance for quantity and deadline. Email contract and insert to SolivitaAdvertising@SolivitaClub.com. Inserts cannot be stored (at Solivita), therefore only the number of flyers determined by the contracted month should be delivered to Solivita.

Insert Approval, Copies and Shipment: Prior to the insert being copied and shipped, insert artwork needs to be emailed to SolivitaAdvertising@SolivitaClub.com for approval. Once approval is given, the insert can be copied and shipped to:
